A CRM is a system for organizing contacts, conversations and opportunities. It helps you know who contacted you, what they need and what should happen next. Every plan includes a CRM level matched to its services.

Website forms connect to the CRM so information stays organized. Depending on the plan, appointments, conversations and initial follow-up steps can also be connected.

In plans that include it, a missed call can start a response or follow-up task so the opportunity is not forgotten. The setup and usage limits are confirmed before activation.

It helps answer common questions in English and Spanish, collect basic information and guide visitors toward the next step. It is configured with approved information about your business.

Ownership, cancellation and moving

What you keep and what happens if you choose another provider.

Who owns the domain?

The client owns the domain. It should be registered in your name or in an account you control. MGA Nexus GO can help with configuration but does not become the owner of your domain.

How do domain and hosting renewals work?

Hosting continues while the plan is active. The domain remains in an account controlled by the client and is renewed separately with the registrar unless a proposal states otherwise.

Who owns the website files?

Your website files and the content provided by your business belong to you. If service ends, we can deliver a static copy of the website as HTML files for you to keep or provide to another company.

What happens if I cancel my plan?

At the end of the contracted period, hosting, maintenance and connected plan services end. We provide the HTML copy of the website, and you can request an export of available data. Your domain remains yours.

Can I move the website to another provider?

Yes. You can take the static website copy to a compatible provider. Connected functions such as forms, CRM, calendar, assistant, phone service or automation must be configured again with the new provider.

Do I keep my contacts and CRM information?

Your customer information belongs to you. Before connected services close, we will coordinate an export of available data in a common format so you can keep it.

Will I have access to my accounts?

Accounts that should belong to the business, such as the domain and Google Business Profile, remain under your control. Access to platforms managed by MGA Nexus GO depends on the plan remaining active.
